Felwinters noob...
That gun is killing crucible. Everyone n their dog are spamming it, sniping with its ridiculous range, combine that with blink and its just agg to play against. Bungie nerf everything yet leave the shotguns. Felwinters defo needs a nerf. I have two of them, n I never use it purely coz for me it feels skill less and less rewarding than sniping. I know people will disagree and expect all the lil pricks to argue its defense and start with the lame insults (boring). Anyone thats civilised and have thoughts on it, pro or con I'd like to hear what you think. I personally think it's stupidly OP, granted it's slow but when you can shoot from miles away n still get the one shot, so why would anyone choose to run anything else. How mainstream its being used clearly proves it's too Over Powered. Bungie defo need to balance that gun in particular, especially as they've nerfed EVERYTHING else.

You sound like a noob. They nerfed the range on the shotguns and made them almost unusable in pve. Now they have fixed them.

It is to op nerf the pool noodle. See ur logic? They are blue weapons that are more op than that in primary slots. Play it the way it is or go to somethin else. That is what I did with cod ghosts. Thorn or TLW and you'll walk all over it just keep a distance and use blink to stay out of range ( thorn is best for this because of the dot )

I prefer my plan c in PvP. Felwinters is good and all but I don't find shotguns that big of a deal. Adapt and overcome or if you can't beat em join em.

Remember when there were mixture of weapons used in the crucible, and people barely used shotguns? I've had every exotic shotgun that can be given from rgn. I dismantled all of them because shotguns suck.

8 RepliesOP obviously doesn't have Felwinters. It's really not that good. I have a judgement with nearly the same perks as one of my Felwinters and it performs way better. Noobs??? Not at all. A majority of people who have Felwinter's Lie had to grind to get theirs. I got 2 seperate characters to rank 5 and played many games to get the 3 I have. I also spent 60 plus motes to get only 1 of them with shot package. Another note, there are 2 BLUE shotguns with similar / better stats than felwinters. Do they need a nerf too? Lets just nerf everything into the ground!!!

6 RepliesWhen you see a oponnent getting close even while you are shooting at him is because he have a shotgun, so jump back and keep shooting till you beat him. I don't like snipers but you don't see me making treads about nerfing snipers. My point is find a way to play the game. I use to dislike titans and now they are not that different from hunters and warlocks. Shotguns will never be nerf. Like you can see in the crucibles 90% of player use them. Sorry if this post is to long.

1 ReplyI did the iron banner grind to get mine and I spent 80 motes to get it just right. I deserve a powerful weapon for my efforts. Just go buy the last word from xur, your chances of beating FWL will greatly improve.
