3 of the same character is cheesing
It is, theres no denying it. You're basically cheating the game out of loot and taking the easy way out.
Man up and play it the way it was meant for you to play you cheating dicks.
Edit: Before anyone starts complaining it's not cheesing, you might want to educate yourself with the urban definition of it.

Having 3 of the same characters would be boring as heck. If somebody is that desperate to max out then let them. I don't see the harm. They still get the same chances for weapon drops as the rest of us so not really a big deal.

1 ReplyPerhaps this argument would be brought into perspective if the real issue was ever addressed. That issue being not the method of making 3 of the same class, but the behavior of those who attain high levels quicker because of this method. The problem lies not in making 3 of the same class, but in being generally disrespectful to others who have not. Raiding parties are a prime example, anyone who has ever played with randoms can see the judgment that occurs with fireteam selection. And when someone finally speaks out about it, they are generally met with a unanimous "Git gud scrub" and the issue fades into the background. Unfortunately, you will never get rid of assholes like this. We must learn to ignore them. Tldr: The real issue is the rude behavior of many community members. There are kind, respectful people that have 3 of the same class, but they are a minority. Just keep playing and ignore the douchebags.

Or I like to play more of the game? Once at end game theres only the raids, nightfall, and heroic to do really, and that can be done in a day. With more of the same i can do them more, and i dont really like playing as anything but titan anyway. Theres no restriction on multiple characters of the same class so its just playing smart in my book. More chances at gear you want and more shards/vault space by breaking down other class gear. Whats not to love?

As such the economy had to be based around that. I'm going to have one of each when i make my Titan as I like variety, but I don't think having 3 the same can be cheesing a system when bungie specifically programmed a system whereby items can be shared between toons...
