Angry Magic Warlock Perk
Angry Magic states: "Nova Bomb tracks enemies". However....this only works (and barely at that) with the Shatter perk. It "should" work with any Nova Bomb perk but doesn't. Tried with Lance and Vortex and no tracking.

After a little thought and a lot of testing, i found angry magic to be worthless.

The perk is working as intended. The tracking is just more exaggerated when splitting the nova bomb and the distance from the target that is needed to trigger the tracking is easier to hit with the three separate nova bombs than with the single large one.
