Are you guys mad about having to start fresh?
I personally don't mind starting from scratch. What do you all think?

2 RepliesLike you I don't mind at all, started fresh with the Alpha, started fresh with the BETA, why not start fresh with the final build... Now when there is a Destiny sequel I might bring this argument up.. But right now I don't see the need for it.

1 ReplyAnyone who knows what a beta is or has ever played it knows that stats are getting whipped. I was going to delete it anyway, i also think the're are more custumazations at launch too. I know now what i can spend my glimmer on and what to expect and take my time building my Guardian for the next 10 years.

12 RepliesIt kinda annoys me that my lvl 8 characters won't be transferred after hours of playing. It also annoys me that I have to play through old Russia again, and that place got so boring. So yeah, it pisses me off.

A tiny bit but the excitement of venturing through the full game overtakes that in an instant

I'm happy, mainly because it let me test out the game and figure out what to buy with my glimmer and what kind of abilities I want on my gear to better fit my play style.

Nope. I like starting new. If it was kept everyone would be lvl 20 in first 5 hrs.

It needed one day (not even a whole day) to get two guardians to lvl 8 and one to lvl 6, so I think this is absolutely no problem ^^

2 RepliesI thought id be more sad lol when it happened i didnt care much cause i realized i get to play the game anyway so why would eight levels matter? (Unless they made the leveling system a lot harder...then i might be sad a bit)

As a pc mmo gamer. Used to it:) and it will take one night if play time to go past lvl 8 enyway:)

Seeing as it will be a further push into the game by level 8, it will be fascinating to see how it goes.

no not really, it's only a few hours of gameplay and I can correct what I did wrong and do better

Dissapointed, but I came up with an epic back story because of it, ( how our guardians died) so I'm kinda happy

A little, but now I have more of an idea of what to expect, so I don't really have any hard feelings. Will still probably get the game, so no huge loss on my part.

I messed up on my characters appearance so I don't mind having a clean slate. I understand why people might be upset though. Just give it a week after the games release and everyone will forget all about it.

I don't mind the start fresh even more so if they add some more customization. But alas even if they do not it will still feel good to have a fresh start to a game that I will vastly enjoy.
