How -blam!-ing awesome is Nintendo.
On November 1st 2006 the South Park episode Go God Go aired in which Cartman froze himself so he wouldn't have to wait any longer for the Wii. And during that week a poll on Nintendo.com asked "How bad do you want a Wii?" With the responses being "Bad", "Way Bad", and "Worse than Cartman," with the third choice holding out with 80% of the votes.
