2 RepliesPepper jack... It's flexible it's good on lots of things and has a large variety of flavors and intensities... Also smoked Gouda especially if it's a chipotle Gouda... Cheese board with prosciutto... summer sausage especially on parmesan thins and just a dab of raspberry preserve.... Flip now I'm hungry...

1 ReplyHard to say which is best as there are several delicious cheeses suited for different kinds of food. That being said a bag of shredded mozzarella/cheddar can go with almost anything and make it tastier.

I don’t eat too much as it’s fattening but a good mature cheddar or sheep milk feta is very nice
