My best guess: The average Hunter plays more PVP than the average Titan or Warlock player. Therefore, the average Hunter is better at PVP than the average Warlock or Titan.
However, as you go up in "skill" brackets, the difference in experience drops off, and Warlocks and Titans are VERY competitive and frequently outperform Hunters.
I usually play Hunter, but I made a Titan class to compare. The difference was stark.
While most Titan players seemingly run around aimlessly (not shooting btw), Hunters played near cover, peek-shot, and actually hit their shots. That was the biggest difference. Hunters actually shot back at me and reacted when they were shot. Titans stand still when they are shot and often don't even shoot back.
Seriosuly, it is sad how much better the average Hunter seems to be when compared to the average Titan.
Skill Issue
(Whether it is due to your personal lack of skill, your teammates' lack of skill, or the other team's excess amount of skill is undetermined)
Pvp has had so many issues over the years. Yet people still expect balance and fairness. Idealistic? yes. Unrealistic? Definitely. Stop punishing yourself.
