I have zero issues getting full rooms for anything. Like, everything, with the exception of stuff that is completely left behind (Gambit, ECT). I think they should just add moments of triumph, make everything farmable and tiered, turn matchmaking on for everything so people can finally see why it was never a good idea, and let the good times roll. I also think they should form some kind of long cutscene if and when you really do choose to retire your guardian. Have a different one for each class.
