Hey, had this issue pop up today and thought it would be good for me to throw it out there to see if the Marathon Devs would catch it. The videos linked below show me in a downed, but invincible state. I was able to run around the map, while downed and not dying, but couldn't kill or pick up any loot found. Only way I was able to extract was at the last extract possible (I tried three times before at other ones). Here is some links of the footage caught.
