False ban
Is there a way to contact bungie and get them to actually respond to ban appeal tickets? I have been banned for visibly no reason, I have barely even been playing the game recently. Before someone asks, no, I am 99% certain that I have not broken TOS, my ticket has been open for 20 days with no answer

Edited by BNGHelp8: 3/13/2025 9:18:44 PMHey there. You are not guaranteed a response from a ban appeal. Bungie will only get in contact with you if they intend to overturn the ban, or need further information. If it goes for a month without a response, you should consider the ban upheld.
