Yeah revert that fake -blam!- nerf. The melee lunge increase wasn't creating phantom melees. Your crap coding creates these problems. The fact y'all ever tried to blame it on that is a joke

I'd actually prefer they lessen the restriction to proc the handling and reload speed buff. Titans finally get a general weapon speed boosting exotic. But it almost never procs in pvp. Be nice if it was just threat detector. Where the buff size scales with the amount of enemies in range. Rather than it only having any benefit once 3 enemies come in range. Either that or increase how much handling and reload speed it gives.

I main a Titan and about half my melees always whiff, its a high risk usually ending in disaster but I still go for the lunge anyway, because Peregrine Greaves.

That’s not why they nerfed them lmao. They nerfed all melee range increases besides the one on hunter because you would cause people to teleport back and forth and be impossible to track.

Phantom Melees has been a thing for years. Synthoceps aren't the problem for sure. You could hit dead centre on any class.........and still fail to register the hit.
