I knew the announced flinch changes would be bad, but I didn't think it would be this bad.
Flinch used to contribute to a more interesting dynamic in dueling by making the opening shot less of a determining factor in an encounter.
Scouts have lost their identity. They don't cause enough flinch when hitting me for me to notice.
When using them, I haven't seem them work to lock down a sniper since the changes went into effect.
This includes mida and jade rabbit which now cause so little flinch I don't even notice when someone opens up on me with them.
"high caliber rounds?" apparently a useless relic trait of a bygone era.
I want my old flinch back.

The effect of high caliber rounds should be buffed with all the ways flinch can be reduced (stability, resil, zen moment), plus with the new flinch changes...it's almost an auto dismantle perk now when chasing a pvp god roll (looking at you Luna's Howl and Elsie's Rifle).

they ruined Crimson! with about 30% flinch reduction.

You should come play MnK. Flinch changes and Controller Dead Zone control AND 20 look speed.....balanced. MnK players.....get hit and is flinched....."did you know this map has a moon".
