The loadout you have in the video isn't the same as the one you have a picture of. In the video you're using the mod Emergency Reinforcement which is not shown in the image.
I suspect that even though it claims it requires 3 charges to proc it take armor charges it's eating them as you get them in the video to "proc" which is most likely a bug.
I suggest trying to get charges of light without using said mod and see if that works.

Hey, thanks for your reply! True, i made the video with a different mod setup to show that also is not working like intended. Here is a video without Emergency Reinforcement but double strand surge (this is how i want to run the build). [url]https://youtu.be/JHtdIZQzhp8[/url] I think it only occurs if i use the cyrtarachne's facade exotic. At least, with other exotics i can maximize the mods and there seems to be no problem.
