Although it didn’t last forever, being able to watch these forums and the community come together and put aside our issues to pay Respects to Lance Reddick has been heart warming. I’m proud we could put our issues aside and show some love for a guardian to be remembered forever. Cheers Guardians and have fun out there 👍

1 ReplyI've seen people across many different communities showing support as well. Warframe, Halo, Mass Effect, etc. Losing Lance was devastating but seeing everyone being brought together because of him makes me tear up.

7 RepliesBut then came the "virtue signaling" calls on those posting their condolences and respect. Those sad , bitter S.o.B.s , just cant stop poking. Cancers on the a$$ of Destiny

He will be missed :(

2 RepliesThis community is neither toxic nor insane. We just don't take disagreements lightly 🤣

1 ReplyHot take: Kind of sad how it takes someone irl dying to unite the community.

4 Replieshave you seen the clip of Lance doing a comedy skit for Funny or Die? I think the title on youtube is Toys R Me with Lance Reddick and he is SUPERB! Well worth a watch. R.I.P Commander

My favorite role was in JW3...was about time he picked up a shotgun! Always got man-bumps at that part. He was in a lot more movies than I knew...was a great human being too.

2 RepliesWe're not monsters! We just don't like anyone else's opinions when it comes to our games! Haha!

Well, Lance Reddick was a fine actor. If only Bungie were anywhere near as talented these days.

1 ReplyFun? What is wrong with you?

Goodbye Commander Lance Riddick Zavala. May your light Stay brighter than your thunder crash And that you never lose your power. For There will be millions of voices preaching your name rather than A thousand. As our titans punch through our troubles, As our hunters stay swift and silent thru the void of despair and as are warlock's feed people the words about you, We will never forget about you. Fly fast fly safe Commander

1 ReplyIt didn't last long and came with an unfortunate cost, but I think it's a testament to Mr. Reddick and how much he meant to so many.

1 ReplyEdited by Mara Sovereign: 3/20/2023 2:09:55 PMEdifying, yes, seeing everyone in their best titan gear paying respects, listening again and again to the voice that lives on ...

1 ReplyThis shows that there's still humanity in the machine. There's a lot of love still in this world. We just need to start having the courage to express it more often, to more people, & w/o provocation. Imagine all the differences of opinions, politics, etc. among all of the people sharing the love they had for Lance Reddick. What an amazing unifying thing love can be. Now, just imagine how powerful humans could be if we could express love to our fellow man even while having the differences of opinions we all have w/o needing provocation... We would be unstoppable.
