I preorder the lightfall annual pass, downloaded as normal and a couple days before the release I get three emails from Microsoft; 2 saying the same thing, that they couldn’t verify my payment with PayPal even though I had been charged, and the third saying that my order was cancelled, but I wasn’t refunded. This was 2 days before release I think, so I go onto destiny check the “store” tab and it says that I own both lightfall and the annual pass. Now lightfall comes around and it’s now saying, in-game, that I need to purchase BOTH the dlc and the annual pass but when it takes me to the Xbox store it says I already own the annual pass bundle and that it is already installed with destiny???
I’ve seen other people have had similar problems and at this point it is genuine fraud.
Bungie, either give us what we payed for and give us a refund

This has nothing to do with Bungie. This is for Microsoft XBL support to sort out as they are the retailer and platform provider so they control game and dlc licences.
