RNG for Vex mythoclast is broken.
There is a clear and obvious issue with the drop rate of this exotic. There are some players who are able to get this drop with minimal clears of vault of glass. For example I’ve played with someone who has 20 clears and the vex has dropped three times for them. On the other hand there are players that have well over 100 clears and no vex. I myself have over 80 and no vex. One of my clan mates has over 300 clears with no vex. Imagine his level of frustration as he watches someone he carried through a raid get the drop. Please address this issue. It is extremely demotivating, the immense amount of time that players put into this game should be rewarded. Thank you in advanced.

Gunsmith anyone? Edit: Before someone even attempts to say the "RNG" can't be rigged. Explain how gaming businesses learned how to rig loot boxes to give them the Vegas odds, that it caused a huge controversy in the gaming world that legal action actually needed to take place??? Oh, and the look boxes were in D1.

I'd like to see the usernames of the people you're speaking of so I can see their actual clears. Bet its not even half of what is necessary to get to 100%. edit: I like all of the hate comments and people flaming me and my personal life. Hope Bungie perma bans you all.

We have discussed this a lot in this forum the last months and most People who dont get the mythoclast just farm the Boss cp and maybe there is something that prevents the Drops for just clearing atheon? Do the complete raid and im Sure you will get it mate i prey for you to rngezus

Took me two seasons to finally obtain, but I'd say add a bit more Bad luck protection and it's fine. Should be guaranteed at 50 loot-completions.

Some will be very unlucky. Most folks buy hundreds of lottery tickets and never win. But a very very lucky sob may win on his first ticket. It's flat out gambling. You could get 100 clears, and your odds will be exactly the same as some person doing their first clear. I don't bother chasing after things like this without bad luck protection.

I had a bunch of people like that back in my raid days. Players with few clears got the Vex Mytho, some with around 20 clears got multiple Vex Mythos and I had a few who were at 80-100 clears who finally got the Vex Mytho. I felt like I might of been a lucky charm for some of those players. I feel bad when there are still players sitting at a high amount of clears and yet they still didnt get the drop. It does feel very demotivating. I didnt get mine till almost at 50 clears then I lost interest completely to run anymore VoG raid even for my 2nd account (sitting at 20 clears; no Vex Mytho). Wish bungie bring back the “bad luck” protection they once offered for the Scourge raid.

Always the drop rate. Everyone knows if you want the Vex you have to perform the right combo. Selfie Cowbell Thanks Everyone Mic drop Has to be done between 3 quarters and half the health of Aetheon. Catalyst: 2 teammates need to cowbell with you.
