If someone dies, and it's safe to revive them, then revive them. Don't just leave them dead so you can pad your stats, or whatever the hell people are doing when they fight next to a downed guardian and ignore them. I'm really not sure why people have started to do that, you don't get anything for having the most kills in a nightfall, and you risk wiping the whole team for no reason other than your own stupidity.

Edited by name: 6/16/2021 2:56:20 PMi stopped playing during forsaken, came back on beyond and noticed people stopped giving a shit bout revives anymore, what happened? it sure wasnt like that before

3 RepliesProvided you haven't rushed ahead and ignored Champions, I'll do my damnedest to revive my team. No Guardian left behind.

4 RepliesI don’t revive the people who don’t revive me, plain and simple lol

9 times out of 10 the reason I'll leave someone dead is, if they're a speedrunner who keeps charging off and getting themselves killed. If I keep having to revive them, then I'll leave them dead. They're only slowing the team down and wasting my time. If you're going to charge off on your own, have the -blam!-ing skills to back it up. If not, stick with the pack.

2 RepliesIts not padding stats, its completing bounties.
-
Padding stats in nightfalls? I’ve heard it all now. 🤣
-
It depends on the build im running. Sometimes upkeep of the buffs is essential for not dying.
-
OK. Someone dies in a nightfall, I revive. Someone kills themselves, I revive. Someone runs ahead skipping all champs and adds... I ignore them because they sure as hell ignored the champs. I die? Get revived and use the curtain call emote quickly to thank them for the revive.
-
5 RepliesI don’t revive people who run ahead. I tbag them instead and use my ride my little pony emote until they revive themselves.
-
There’s factors, if you die in a dumb spot I’m not coming for you, If you die over and over I’m not coming for you, if you die and there’s tons of adds I’m not coming for you, if you die and there’s an unstoppable I’m not coming for you.
-
But it IS acceptable to emote until the revive becomes available. I like the one where people cheer and shower me with flowers. I think T bagging might be acceptable here as well as long as you revive the person as immediately as it's available, tho I don't personally partake.

4 RepliesUnless they did something really really dumb they get a revive. If they are just being stupid then they can sit there and think about what they did wrong. Now with that said, if their rez is on the edge of a cliff where I can revive and simultaneously nudge them back off into their doom, I may do that 2-3 times for the laugh, but they will get a proper revive after I've had my fun.

4 RepliesIn the first year of destiny, Wayback in 2014 if the whole team dies in nightfalls, everyone got sent to the very beginning of the nightfall until it improved with the taken king
-
If they are dead that means more kills for my quests. Don't like it don't die.

It comes down to a distance thing for me. If you are a entire zone behind me and die, I'm not coming back. That being said, if you are where I am in the fight, ill absolutely stand you up if I can. Though once someone -blam!- me out for not rezing them, when there corpse was at the top of I cliff I couldn't get back up to.
