It was fixed/adjusted. 39 runs isn’t that many in the grand scheme of things....especially since the increase is on a weekly account basis & not an individual completion basis like the other raids.

We don't know the drop rates but since it took Bungie 3 months to realise that it was bugged I wouldn't be surprised if there were other underlying issues. If the drop rate and bad luck protection are in line with previous exos then it's surely bugged.

Understandable. My clanmate took around 60ish looted runs, while others got it within a few runs (even before the adjustment). That, ironically, is simply the nature of how RNG can be at times.
