unlinking account
I need to unlink an account I do not have access to. Is there anyway to do this? I am unable to cross play do to this issue. The account in question does not even have any characters on it as I have never played on that system.

For security purposes all accounts must be authenticated to enable cross play. And for further security purposes any account you wish to unlink must also be authenticated. I would suggest utilizing the lost log in information function available from the platform of the account you are having issues with to recover it. Otherwise it cannot be removed and you'll never be able to utilize cross save on this profile. In that situation your only option would be to move your good accounts to a new Bungie.net profile and abandon this profile.
