The import was an automatic process if the D1 character qualified. If you didn’t get the prompt, then the character didn’t qualify.

Thanks for your response. Upon research of the guidance, I really ought to have qualified - hence the confusion here. They were a high level, I'd played it loads prior to the migration date etc. I'm deeply perplexed 🤔

Well you also had to do it back when Destiny launched. So like 2017
