Moon seraph tower
I have been trying to find randoms to take part in the moon seraph tower event but no matter how many times I reload or wait nobody turns up to the event.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
In the end I'm having to seeking fireteams to do it with me but they leave after a single run.

These events are horrible. Throw little orange ball at big orange ball. This stuff is getting old. They should have made the event on the director so people can more easily participate in their stupid event

Hi. I have same problem. The moment I'm getting close to the event area I see people on the screen but then I have loading message and everything is gone. I cannot find people in the area, it's always empty.

I have yet to see more than 1 other person there. I don't exactly like the event I guess others feel the same. Meanwhile you can always find people doing the hive waves farming the weapons from there. 6 month old content beats the few weeks old stuff.

4 RepliesSeraph events take to long to complete with little payout for the effort. 15 minutes for maybe 8 bits? I can run 3 bunker bounties in that time and get almost 5 times the bits.

Reload into a new instance from Orbit, that has worked for me everytime😊

If no one is there I’d travel back to Sanctuary and ride over again. If not there’s not a crew there the second or third time just start one up yourself and you’ll usually get a group going, unless maybe you live in a low pop region and they aren’t teaming you up much. I dunno, it usually works for me.

2 RepliesI was able to finish my first one with randoms yesterday. Easiest way is to get to a spot for it. Party invite or message everyone in the instance. Do not join their fireteam, stay separate. Then both of you start inviting people from lfg or friends lists to fill up the game. Many people wanting to finish it, so it's not hard to find others.

You can try moving slow between zones or doing a lap around the moon changing zones multiple times?

If you click on the seraph tower and make it pulse then load in, it knows you are trying to do the event and should connect you with people doing it. In theory.

Start doing those events at the end of April, there will be plenty people then.

When you queue up to do a strike or a crucible match, you know you're going to finish and make progress on bounties/quests and get rewards, guaranteed. With these public events and the other older similar ones, it's a crapshoot. Maybe there are enough people. Maybe it will be a successful run. Instead of STUFFING people into these instances, Bungie decides to often keep it at 1-3 people. So the events don't get started or they're failures. Then people realize this and stop even trying to show up. Also, there is no REAL reason to do these often. All the armor that has dropped for me has been low 50's at best. There are more efficient ways to grind the weapons (which aren't even very good). Just do them until you get all the mods, other than that, they're just a time-waster. The secret triumph for "Almighty" isn't even ACTIVE yet either... lol.

2 RepliesYou would think that after every open world event like this has failed they would learn, but nope. Court of Oryx, Escalation Protocol, Blind Well, Alters of Sorrow, Seraph Towers... all bad experiences because they are open world with NO way real way to get people together to complete them. Can some people 3-man some of these? Sure, but not everyone can. These open world events need to rain loot on completion so that when you stumble on an event you WANT to stop what you were doing and join it because the rewards are worth it. I don't even bother with the Seraph Towers anymore since nobody tries to complete them (or can't).

1 ReplyI had the same trouble. I just kept going into orbit and coming back. After a few times, there were plenty of players around to get it done.
