I think it would be cool if we got a new crucible game mode in which there are 2 teams; one spawns as red jacks and the other spawns as an enemey faction that matches the map (fallen on fortress or cabal on legions gulch, ect)
Red jacks load out:
-auto rifle
-rocket launcher (it holds 1 shot that regenerates every 30 second)
-150 health, no regeneration
-no double jump
-instant respawn
-sprint, but slightly reduced mobility
Enemy faction: (cabal, hive, vex, fallen, taken)
-primary weapon (slug rifle, ect)
-1 grenade ability that has 30 second recharge
-175 health, no regeneration
-no double jump, but has higher jump
-5 second respawn
-no sprint
Rules: red jacks have 2 minutes to capture a zone, once captured a new zone spawns and 2 more minutes are added. In total there would be 3 zones for a round win, and each zone is 1 point. At the end of the round teams swap side, and there is only 2 round. If tied the a 3 elimination round begins.

it would be cool but this is destiny your a guardian not a fallen but it would be a great idea if bungie did some kind of event where they could let us build a lueprint for a new crucible map put it to a vote and winner gets an emblem called The Redjack
-
I feel like this would have to be a whole new game mode idea not just a part of crucible. Like how gambit is separated. It a really cool idea but it would have to be separate because of the loadout lock things
-
sounds like an interesting Idea and this is why it will not happen

I actually would not mind red Jack's as NPC's that fire at anyone littered in regular crucible matches.

Sounds great! Cool idea.

I thought up a similar think regarding red jacks and control points a few years back. But it is more single player. There are five control points on a crucible map. The goal is to take the map by taking a majority of the control points and holding majority for a certain amount of time. As the amount of points captured by you goes up, the time to hold goes down. When you capture a point, two squads of red jacks spawn. You can order them to defend the CP or move with you and help attack with you. You start with one CP and the enemy has the other four. If you have more than one player playing, the enemies will be buffed, like with two players, enemies have almost double health. This will hopefully cause players to stick together and stop players from quickly taking all points. Every week, enemies will have a special buff, like an extra 10% health, movement speed or damage. You could have combined arms sized maps that have 10 CPs and can have a team of 6 guardians max.

Jacks would get stomped with those values. Good idea though.
-
Novelty modes could do Crucible good. It’s far too serious all the time right now.
-
Sounds cool. Depending on enemy faction tho I want a taken knights smoke/teleport and a phalanx shield.
-
Great idea. Not sure I agree with all your rules but playing as an add would be dope. Not only that, but the way the lore is going, we might have some fallen or even cabal guardians which would be dope.
-
This is an interesting and original idea that would also fulfill the many requests over the years to play as enemies of the light. I like it.
-
destiny is not to get confused with halo.
-
imagine if we had to unlock every PvP map each season with the help of the Red Jacks, i know we havent had new crucible maps in like the past 5 few years but it would still be cool and it would make you feel like you gotta work for each one instead of it just randomly popping up in the playlist

This actually doesn’t sound bad. I dig it.
-
So I can be a taken captain and teleport everywhere while spamming the blinding move?!
-
This sounds like Rush: Destiny edition
-
This sounds the same as Rush from Battlefield.
