******FIX TO PROBLEM******
Ok so after having the same issue as sooo mnay people, I went around to find a fix and actually found the issue and how to solve.
To get the bastion quest to drop you need to complete the quest line from OSIRIS, "an impossible task". After this do the final code again. Go to Saint-14 and the memento quest will be there.
I have tested this on mine and 3 other accounts that had the same issue and can confirm myself this is the fix.
Seriously hope his gets to as many people as possible as I feel this quest was silly enough ha 😁
And please give a shout out if you ever need any help again.

Completed an impossible task quest .. did ALL the 20 runs for lorn s\etc and the final 30 gates run and at end stated completed and got reward to take back to Saint 14 and went back and NOTHING ... The an impossible task quest no longer appears in my quests ... SO can't do it again... Same thing happened with one of my clan mates... So many issues with this game at present and Bungie do nothing...

No no no. See I did Corridors of Time and it didnt give me anything. Then I completed "an impossible task" and did it again. Then it gave me that chronometric weapon core, and still nothing from Saint 14. So what happens when you do it right and it still doesn't work?

I did exactly what was said hear as I had the same problem and I can clarify it worked for me. I dont the quest then redone the corridor and saint-14 magically poped out the long lost quest thanks.

I did the impossible task and still don’t have the memento quest, there’s just nothing there, nada, nope, none, GONE

I can't access the 'impossible task' quest :(( I only recently picked up playing again cause I went interstate, so I have no idea if I missed it or whatever. But if it is a limited time quest, that's really shitty because Bastion is an exotic, & I now can't get it even though i've done all prerequesits, bar the impossible task quest

You have to own either the season pass or shadowkeep to get the impossible task quest I believe

Have both, did an impossible task and still nothing. Why dont people quit guessing and giving fake answers.
