Did not transfer my purchase's of shadowkeep or Forsaken
When I used cross save from my Xbox to my PC all my data, quests, guardians and loot transfered. Sadly though, my purchases of Destiny 2 Shadowkeep and Forsaken did not. The quests from the dlc's transfered but since it didn't transfer my purchases of the dlc's individually, there are certain steps I cannot do on my PC. If anyone knows a fix to this problem please let me know I do not want to have to double purchase these two dlc's.

The only “fix” is to buy the dlcs on platform you want access on. They don’t transfer with cross-save.

The game licenses do not transfer between platforms. You will need to own the content you wish to access on each platform.
