Query failed. Unable to contact marketplace servers

I have tried every day for the past 6 days and i am not able to use the Marketplace. I purchased the silvers required for shadowkeep expansion through steam and got them on my character but i can't use them. This is very frustrating. Adding to the frustration you guys seem to be impossible to get in contact with and to be honest i dont consider it great service that im relying on other players to use their time helping me instead of someone being paid to handle it.
