Bring back pinnacles by making their unique traits active only in their respective game modes.
For example: Master of Arms on Recluse is only active in the Crucible, Wendigo's Explosive Light is only active in Strike playlists and Raids, etc.
Outside of their corresponding activities, the rest of the perks on the weapon would functional as normal.
For example: Polygonal Rifling // Ricochet Rounds // Feeding Frenzy on Recluse would continue to work in any game mode, Smart-Drift Control // Blinding Grenades // Auto-Loading Holster on Wendigo would continue to work in any game mode.

5 RepliesThat’s a pretty terrible idea. That gives them no breathing room or even a point for some of them to be acquired since there are weapons that can roll better and outperform them.

5 RepliesTerrible idea... Without the perks the weapons basically go back to being year 1 weapons with one perk and if that perk sucks than the weapon sucks.

2 RepliesThe problem is that they guns are synergized around their unique perks to make them so good, and removing that perk completely cripples the gun
