The current weapons have been out there too long. So tired of getting the same small pool of uninspiring guns. Might as well just make vendors material exchangers, because most guns I get today are simply dismantled. The fun of discovering a new gun during regular play has been missing for quite some time...and it doesn’t look like it is going to get better. Looter shooter?...not lately.

Lots of players including a lot of high profile streamers have said the same. Unfortunately it seems like Bungie is putting their resources into things like making a battle pass work, and probably another game. I really miss Destiny reset day when I would go to all the vendors and check the new rolls available. That’s not even new guns and armor like we would get during the expansion. It was a way to feel like all the materials I gathered in the last week were being used for something meaningful (upgrade shopping).

Jokes aside, what would you like to see them do differently with weapons, if at all?

I never even thought about it Tbh, I mean D1 weapons where better, different barrels etc, more options but I've not given it any thought. I watch say no to rage and he was saying they'll reveal weapon changes in September to usurp borderlands, as there's no way they won't update weapons too. When he read the article where DMG confirmed no weapon changes, he looked heartbroken. Armour does nothing for me, no matter how good it is, I'm still running the same content I've run for 2 years. I just want new stuff

I’m happy with the armor 2.0 idea as I’m a big fashion player at endgame, especially since Y1 had some good looks If we don’t get any sort of weapon refresh for the tower vendors that sucks hard And I think the weapon system is perfectly fine now, but I would like to see more models to chase

Then you will just shard everything else that drops.

I mean... is there a world in which you DON’T share your dupes after you get a perfect roll? Ever since I got a FF/rampage blast Furnace I pretty much always shard any more of them. Doesn’t mean the system is bad
