The ship is a random drop from killing the meatball boss (the taken servitor), so just keep at it, and you should get it eventually. The ghost requires you to reset your rank three times total. The resets do not have to be all in one season, but if you can do it all in one season, you get an emblem variant. If you've never reset your Gambit rank before, the most important thing to know is that you need 15,000 points to reset, but once you hit 12,000 points, you no longer get points if you lose a match. Those last 3,000 have to come from wins, or from bounties. The past couple seasons, there's been at least one week where you can earn 2x Infamy Tuesday-Thursday, then from Friday on, it goes to 3x. They usually announce ahead of time when they're going to do this, so if you plan ahead, you can easily store up enough completed bounties on three characters, that if you turn them in once the 3x kicks in, you'll get that last 3,000 points just from the bounties, in case you're on a losing streak. As for the secret triumph, playing with a pre-made team would help most. It requires you to have a player on your team bank at least 75 motes, without losing any, and your team has to win the match. If you have a pre-made team, it'll be easier to coordinate, and have a designated banker. Also, while your at it, there's another secret triumph (not required for Dredgen), which you can get by having all four team members bank 15 motes at the same time, which will get you another emblem.
