Refurbished black armory shader DOESN'T drop.
Dear bungie, can you do something about the abysmal drop rate of this shader? I have scrapped around 100 weapons with it on them to no avail, grinding way too much of the black armory forge for it. I know you probably wont see this, but it would be nice if it was fixed.

You have a high chance of getting it from killing the world bosses that spawn every so often when they drop a weapon
