Just a thought on the hand canon meta if the rpm was lowered it would give other guns a more decent shot at dealing with them while still making them a high rate of fire typing.
Thoughts suggestions discuss 🤔

Edited by Freak: 5/7/2019 12:57:12 PMThe whole Archetype needs to be done away with. They’re practically sidearms. Ultra stable, very good recoil pattern, in air accuracy with little to no bloom with insane AA. They’re not OP. Just too easy to use. You want to make other HC Archetypes viable then remove Bloom, and decrease recoil on 140’s/150’s/110 180’s literally have zero downside. Now if we had bigger maps then range could be a con but since 90% of the maps are small not even Range is an issue.

5 RepliesEdited by vmondude: 4/10/2019 12:04:07 AMThe rpm isn’t the problem it’s the precision frame, lack of recoil and the gigantic aim assist. Adjust those and hey presto all hand cannons are viable like on pc. Plus bloom shouldn’t even be a thing in a game, adding RNG to gun fights is bullshit. Ps all the people who have said it’s fine are probably Luna/nf users. They don’t want their easy mode taken away after the nightmare of earning them.

Make 140s 2 head 1 body and lower bloom significantly

7 RepliesJust remove bloom on 140s and 150s, problem solved

3 RepliesYou can deal with any 180 HC by putting on a pulse rifle such as Bygones or Perdition. You out range them

2 RepliesEdited by Machine_DNA: 4/10/2019 10:09:31 AMReducing the RPM would increase the TTK and as a whole the 180’s don’t have a great optimal TTK as it is - think it’s 1 second. It’s their ease of use which makes them so widely used (as well as the NF/Luna traits) so I’d like the 140 and 150 rpm handcannons to be buffed by reducing there recoil, bloom and increasing accuracy. Ace of Soades, Thorn and Last Word all compete for primary slots on PC against the NF so it’s not just the Mag Howl perk that makes it so strong on console, it’s how it’s fairly easy to use aswell.

Lol bungi might take it too far like they did with the clever dragon.

1 ReplyThe RPM is not the damn issue, it's the magazine size.

These options suck.

180s don't need to have their rate of fire lessened, the slower cannons just need to have bloom and/or recoil fixed. There's no reason I shouldn't be able to beat a 180 with Ace if I'm accurate enough; that's literally the entire purpose of that portion of handcannons. 140/150 should prioritize accuracy for best results (like a bow), faster handcannons should prioritize fast fire (like spamming Malfeasance).

they are all good the way they are.

Need a full auto 250 Luna's with a modded 30 round clip 😀 Hell, make it 500 just for pooh's n giggles!!!
-
Changing their rpm would make them kill way too slow. They already have a 1 second ttk, it's only because of how consistent they are that it's so annoying.

No penis poll, you people disgrace me.

6 RepliesThe only reason 180's are a problem is Luna's and NF. Literally all other 180's are trash to okay at best.
-
6 RepliesEdited by Swiftchao: 4/9/2019 8:49:40 AMthe main problem with 180's was the lack of need to get precision headshots since you only need 50% to achieve optimal kill time a weapon that easy to use should not be that good at killing

Recoil animation for others is just hot garbage, obscures the reticle too much.

Edited by Cry: 4/9/2019 8:06:07 AM180s are fine, the issue is mostly Luna/NF basically getting the benefits of both the 180 and 140 archetypes without any real trade-offs to balance it.
-
Make LH and NF exotics and that pretty much solves it.
-
The rpm of 180 hc is not the problem. It's the bloom and crazy randon recoil on the rest that is the problem. If they fix this issues in consoles, my Ace will never stop being my primary.

They need to buff the others to compete. No nerfs. I speak for everyone. Js
