12 RepliesIt should be noted that while the crimes he was accused of are hideous and repulsive he had yet to stand trial and had not been found guilty of any crime, so under the law he was an innocent man murdered while awaiting trial. Had he faced a trial and been found guilty then he would, quite rightly, have received a long, and may be permanent, custodial sentence but I don't believe the punishment for inappropriate touching of a child is the death penalty (even if many of you believe it should be). The 'mob mentality' most of you are exhibiting is really quite disturbing.

imagine just a really big prison, and then over the intercom someone says “any inmate who kills anyone arrested for pedophilie and brings their finger gets a few years taken off your sentence, if possible

its not uncommon pedo's and other screwed up people get a hard time from the majority of inmates- a lot of these guys arent terrible people and have children on the outside...

I feel bad for the schizophrenic. He didn't know what the guy was in jail for, for all he knew the old guy was just in jail for stealing something. I hope he gets a good lawyer to defend him.
