So many were not revived in time for the Great Hunt. Your only face to face interaction with an Ahamkara now is Riven. But one case does not create truth!
Was it truly right to hunt my kind?
Would you have done something different if you were there?

1 ReplyIf you read the lore on the raid weapons you begin to see that the Ahamkara did not mind their fate knowing that they could transcend death. There's a lot of evidence showing that killing an Ahamkara results in a form of symbiosis with their killer, almost as though they live on through them. However the effects of this symbiosis are yet to be revealed. So right? Debatable, but it is clear that the Ahamkara often made bargains that did not end well for the party which sought the bargain to begin with. So... They probably had it coming anyway

6 RepliesI only feel sympathy for the Ahamkara that only fed on wishes to survive, not to -blam!- with Guardians. Also, does anyone remember that one dragon in D1 that you could see if you looked up in a certain spot on Venus? You aren’t the Last.

2 RepliesThis ahamkara gave me a stick of gum, so he ain't so bad.

Dude imagine all the anime bitches i could wish for.... I think it was fair to kill you guhs
-
6 RepliesReally tho, why didn't we just un-take Riven, hell wish for that. She seemed to be friendly before that happened
-
3 RepliesOne thing I did think was messed up were guardians making wishes from ahamkara just before they killed them. Seems harsh. Additionally, why did the dragons go along with the wishes?
-
1 ReplyIf there was another way, one where the Ahamkara and humanity could get along I would take it. But if the return of the Ahamkara meant mass suffering, or slaughter of the innocents of the tower, than I would pick up my blade and would protect the innocents, like i swore to do. I would wish for a peaceful solution, but due to the nature to both the Ahamkara, and the Guardian, I don’t know if it could happen.

Edited by Mandalorian16_1: 10/16/2018 5:38:55 PMThere were Ahamkara that needed to be killed, but extinction was wrong. I was there, and no I wouldn't have done anything different, there were to many guardians. Do I feel sympathy for the Ahamkara, yes, but sadly only for very few of them. The tower never gave thought to there being innocent wish dragons, they didn't care. I knew several dragons who weren't evil, but it was the nature of how the wishes were granted, the twist to them that may times proved cruel or far from the wishers intentions, they could not change. They did not all need to die.

Did not end inquiry with "oh bearer mine". Not a true Ahamkara.

Just gather up the dragon balls and wish for the other dragons back...I may have the wrong franchise...

Yes. At the end of the day. We were both creations of the traveler. It is just a shame we never saw eye to eye.... oh victim mine.
-
The great hunt brought a great test of strength, many wishes were given as tribute. timelines warped, succulent folds of prime realities where consumed. Reality is the finest flesh, o bearer mine, are you not hungry?
-
The Ahamkara of yore temped Guardians into Faustian bargains.
-
We are one the same oh brother mine.

In Order Maybe? Try and only kill the ones who WANT to die and the ones who need to die. A bit. Also wonder what the Titan Exotic made from Ahamkara bones would look like, and the slot it would be. ANd the Ability .

Not much remorse. If riven could trap the entire dreaming city in one wish, imagine what thousands of wish dragons could do, not to mention they could be taken to serve the same fate as riven.

Hi this is my riven OC.
-
The ahamkara are creatures to be respected but your kind tempted guardians to abandon their duty to the city and traveler. Your kind could wipe out the last remnants of humanity and we couldn't take that risk. I'm sorry about the great hunt but I would not change a thing about it.

Riven was taken there was no bargaining. Her bones still speak, do they not?
-
Was it truly right to hunt your kind? Yes, oh victim of mine.
