Reward Expired
I completed the Forsaken campaign last night, finally managing to get it done so I could get the free Soundtrack, was super excited to get it. I got the code this morning but it would never load the Rewards page for it, despite repeated attempts. It would just time out. I finally got it to load and... now it says its expired? I knew I had to do it before the end of the month, but it's still September, so what gives? I also completed this *last night* but didn't get an email until *this morning*. Can anything be done?

1 ReplySimilar thing for me. I forgot about the soundtrack reward until today, now I can't get it. Why even put an expiration deadline if you aren't going to follow it.

1 ReplyYep, same issue here. Got the e-mail, tried to claim the reward way ahead of time, and received the expiration message. This is why I bought Forsaken in September. I followed all of the required steps--Please resolve, Bungie!

1 ReplyExperiencing the same problem. Completed Vengeance and claimed Triumph, even followed the support suggestions regarding issues claiming rewards to no avail. First the email sent only a link but no code when using the option via Bungie Rewards. Even received an automated email regarding completion of Triumph - Vengeance yet claiming the code (let alone Reward) remains elusive. Within the time limits, been trying yet still unable to claim Reward. Now it says it is no longer possible to earn this reward despite already earning it.

1 ReplyI am having the same issue. Email came this morning on 9/30/18 at 1:34pm Eastern Time. I have tried to claim multiple times. It is now 8:51pm Pacific Time (11:51pm Eastern Time) so I have earned the soundtrack and tried getting a code prior to 9/30/18 at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Please respond or send code via email.

1 ReplyI have the same issue. I just noticed that it was an option tonight. I've completed the campaign quite a while ago. However, I have no code. It clearly says it expires at 11:59pm PDT on 9-30-18. I've been trying for quite a while now and it's currently 11:17pm PDT, but I have received no code in email and there is no option on the Rewards page. I'd really love to get this soundtrack. Any way this can be fixed?

4 RepliesExact same issue. Received the reminder email last night. Offer states campaign must be complete by 9/30 11:59PM PDT. It's currently 5:20PM PDT. Rewards page also stated that the reward could be claimed by October 16th. The Bungie Store website specifically states that the reward expires at 9/30/2018 at 11:59PM PDT. The current time is 22:08 (10:28 PM) PDT.

Completed Forsaken campaign and claimed triumph on September 13th and am now trying to claim the code for the soundtrack so I can get those sweet, sweet WotW tracks. Now I'm getting that blasted "Rewards Expired" notification. Current time is 2238 30SEP18 PDT. Bungie, if you're looking into this, we'd appreciate being able to claim what we earned.

2 RepliesSame issue here. Receiving an email specifically about the reward and then being unable to claim it is pretty irritating - definitely seems like an issue with expiration on Bungie's end.
