DON'T TOUCH SLEEPER IN PVE!!!!!
DO NOT RUIN THIS WEAPON!!!!!!!!! You guys at Bungie constantly let the complainer run the show. Reduce the hit power against guardians only if you feel a need to tweak it for Gambit BUT LEAVE IT ALONE IN THE PVE WORLD!!!!!!!!
Update - I'll take the aim assist reduction as a slight win for us.

Well I personally think its ridiculous to be on the receiving end of sleeper in Gambit especially. You like come the the invasion portal and post up in a single spot and get kills on players with little to no effort at all. Even a sniper has to hit you in the head to kill you with 1 shot, and they wont be able to get you when you're in cover eather. The Sleeper is a Golden Gun for all Gaurdians and that feels wrong.

Yeah nah. Don't be a jackass. I am seeing the beam miss me, and I'm getting killed. I sit BEHIND cover, fully behind and the beam goes through. I love sleeper and don't want it nerfed in PvE, but for gambit, it's literally the only good DPS weapon in the game right now. Whisper is nowhere near as reliable

2 RepliesThe only thing I’d change is some damage drop off, right now it’s a sniper rifle more than a heavy rail gun like in D1. If they don’t want to do that I’d make it a one shot head shot and a two shot body

5 RepliesThey'll just kill it's potential to pick up ammo off the walls in Gambit like they already have for Whisper. Not sure why people are crying though. Bungie hasn't nerfed anything in D2 that wasn't necessary. It's no where near as bad as d1.

14 RepliesThe weapon is a meta that needs to be changed to being balance back into gambit. You just contradicted yourself in your own post... The weapon needs to be fixed for pvp, it should not 1 shot ANYWHERE on the body... They dont have to change it for pve.
