I'm starting to question the necessity of the community managers for this. How in the hell did Cosmo, Deej or Dmg fail to see the truck load of posts regarding the juggler issue?
We've had this happen so many times throughout the years, i'm starting to think that they aren't really up to the task for this job.

I feel sorry for them. They’re just the mouths representing the corporate line. Bunglevision tells them what to say, how to say it, and when to say it.
