Who is she and why is she important?

Savuthun is Oryx's sister she is the Loki of the hive gods using trickery and is somehow connected to Eris Morn, Oryx's other sister is Xivu Arath

3 RepliesOryx’s sister, or the one who took Quria, the Transformed Mind and experiments on it. Also, I know this is totally unrelated, but besides that one Gensym Knight piece of armor and the scannable on the Dreadnaught, do we have any info on the Hive God, Nokris?

She is Eris.

She is now in control of the Taken after Oryx's death. Upon confronting her we will also face her Taken partner in crime, Quria. Quria was a hydra taken by Oryx and gifted to Savathun. Now Savathun is in control, she and Quria will start a second Taken war soon. After we kill her we will face the 3rd sister, Xivu Arath. This DLC will be the last of Destiny 2. In the final cutscenes of vanilla, we see the Traveler's Light touch each planet in a pattern for each DLC. Mercury(Curse of Osiris), Mars(God's of Mars), then the Reef which will be the Fallen DLC, and finally the Dreadnaught which will be Savathun.

2 RepliesYeah if anyone paid attention to Book of Sorrows in taken king. She is one of the OG Hive sisters. So she's always been around Back when the traveler was semi decent at it's job. On the ancient planet Fundament with all the beginning Hive. King Osmium had his three daughters, Xi Ro, Aurash, and Sathona. With the betrayal of their teacher Taox and the death of their father. They are persuaded by the Worms and ascend to becoming the first of the Hive we now, becoming Xivu Arath, Auryx, Savathun. After some more ancient battles, Savathun calls Auryx weak for her shortcomings in battle and straight up kills her. Some more worm talk and Auryx becomes Oryx and you know.
