If you are experiencing the "cabbage" error and your ISP is Proximus (Belgium)
Then chances are high you have a Technicolor modem/router that needs a firmware upgrade

Only Technicolor routers have been reported to have this problem
If you have a technicolor try the following steps:

This update may take a few days ... since they have to manually push the firmware upgrade

Today I tested with the new firmware: Software Version 17.1.03.1B No more cabbage error :)
