I'm curious to see what other people have done for their worst workout ever.
Recently I did a 2 mile sled drag with the sled weighing 225lb and it was one of the most miserable things I have done. Took me about 2 hours.
I need some idea for other workouts so tell me some bad ones you've done.
Misery enjoys company.
Edit: by worst I mean effective but was miserable to do

1 ReplyWorst as in toughest? Or worst as in least effective? Because I don't mean to brag, but i once lifted a 25 lb dumbbell in the exercise isle at Walmart...

1 Reply"Fight Gone Bad" My soccer team in highschool did this twice a year, it was brutal. All you gotta know is that about half of the freshmen would puke everytime. Not fun.

1 ReplyEdited by angry0lbgrampa: 3/11/2017 3:48:10 PM45 minutes of V-ups, Lunges, and push-ups. No breaks. Gotta love a good smoke session. BCT life. On a side not, craziest workout I ever put myself through...30 minutes of hill sprints then a 25 minute circuit of Body Squats, Pushups, and V-ups. Then 100 pull-ups. Followed by a 2 mile run.

3 RepliesI us to play hockey in college so I us to do some pretty intense work outs. but since graduating I've only really stuck to in gym workout... but the most grueling workout that i do now a days is; take two 15lbs dumbbells (one in each hand), extend your arms above your head (but you need to keep your elbows bent, you cannot lock them straight up) and run 4 miles. If you drop your arms below your head, you lose.

2 RepliesI used to do a good rail of meth and then work out. Would sweat profiously. But one of the most strenuous was holding a 25lb slab in arms, across the chest. Jumping vertically onto a step that was 24 inches tall. Then jumping down. Did 3 sets of 100 with last set going as far as i could before i had to quit. Each of my abs where like grapefruits.

1 ReplyIdk about worst, i think you meant to say best. One of the best I've done for chest is called the elevator series Start off flat dumbbell press for 10 reps. Once you do 10 immediately raise it to level 1 incline, another 10 reps. raise it again to level 2 incline, another 10 Raise it to level 3 incline for another 10 Then back down to level 2 for 10 Then level 1 for 10 Then finally back to flat for 10 Go through that 3 times and super set everything Each set is 70 reps so if you've gone through it all you'll finish at 210 reps

12 RepliesI don't have a worst routine, but I did throw up pretty bad at the gym before. It was my first time taking a pre workout supplement. Man it was bad. I still worked out afterwards though. Hell of a pump. Haha

1 ReplyI was in the long distance track team in high school. One of my workouts was "sprinting" 12 out of the 24 laps on the track. It went like this. I would jog one lap, sprint the next, jog one, sprint the next. I fainted from pushing myself too hard.

1 ReplyClimbing a hill as fast as possible run across and run down and repeat with weights on your back. It wouldn't have been that bad, but the hill was made of sand and it was a pretty big hill.
