Edit: Sorry for all the Guardians struggling, I feel ya. At least we don't have to worry about a SIVA Forklift Perfected boss.

Edit4: It's cool to be trending. I've tried to read and respond to most of you guys. I have heard story's of joy and loss. I found that this forklift is stronger than friendships, just to get that win. Calls for nerfs and buffs to the Forklift of Doom. Some have not faced this beast yet. Tales of the Pillar of Broken Dreams have been whispered among you also.
For all you Xbox people I'm always game to play if you need people for SRL and I'm on, gt same as above, keep having fun.
Edit5: Still trending with twice the amount of people. A lot of first place heartbreak stories are below. I saw a response from the "Forklift Owner" so we might have to have a talk. Rumors of it being the infamous Halo Reach forklift too, and that it can move on its own to ruin your race. Someone had a thought of replacing the Wall with Forklifts and nobody will get in....that might work. Keep having fun Guardians.

Edit7: It's seems we have many Windmills of Sadness and Pillar of Broken Dreams stories too

In one race I was 1st the entire game but on the last lap, that dumb*** forklift got in my path and just f**ked me. Went last place in the game. :(

1 ReplyThe first couple of time I ran that race, I dodged it with such ease I didn't even realize what it was. Then, I ready some snarky comments on the forums about a forklift in a sparrow race and thought, "what forklift are they talking about?" Next time I ran that race I nailed that forklift and instantly thought "Oh, that -blam!-ing forklift." Now it seems to suck me in every time.

I'm very curious to know why it's there anyway. It's not like there is anything to lift in the middle of the road... was one of the fallen having a joyride? Whomever did it is a pure asshat. Let's get 'em!

Surpringly I've only hit it once and was stalled. But other times I've either went past it or brushed against it therefore not causing a devastating fallback. But honestly because of these topics, I've become more aware of it each time.

Saw a post on here yesterday about a forklift. Hadn't played the map yet so I had no idea what was going on. Finally loaded on the map, first -blam!-ing lap I hit the damn thing. 1st to 6th.

Forklift? So that's what that is. I definitely hit it a few times and thought little of it because I'm not that great at SRL anyway. But yesterday I had an unusual lead with the pack inexplicably nowhere even close to me. The last lap I scrape the forklift and it throws me into an out of control death. I spawn back in and to my surprise I still have a pretty good lead, but I'm now frustrated and end up bouncing off of just about every object on the circuit. All five riders pass me as a pack about 25 feet from the finish line. Good times....not.
