The Hive Worms

So I know that you have to feed your worm enough life to keep it content, then send the leftovers up the hierarchy. But what happens when you don't give your worm enough light and it consumes you? Do you turn into an ogre or do we not know?

  • The same thing that happens when you stop eating with tape worms

  • The worm would consume the host and then die itself because it is parasitic in nature and needs to be attached to something else to function and survive. Ogres are made from tortured and manipulated thralls. Force fed and changed through pain and isolation until they begin to transform from thrall to ogre

    • They just die. Ogres, I believe, are thralls that were experimented on and totured until they become ogres.

      • When you don't feed your Worm enough it starts to eat u to make up for it, and it really hurts, so you'll eventually die if u can't feed it And ogres come from Thrall selected to be tortured until they grow huge and powerful and fueled by rage

      • What? The cute things that the Hive eat in order to forever live but also have to institute an eternity of murdering every other living thing in the galaxy in order to satisfy their worm? I would take one... Don't plan on eating it though.

      • If the worm isn't satiated it eats you to make up for it. You know what happened to Oryx? That wasn't us killing him, that was his Worm consuming him. Ogres are thrall that are selected to be subjected through a series of excruciatingly painful rituals overseen by wizards.
