For the people mad about the Gjallarhorn quest

I'm not gonna lie I already knew that I needed to do the quest but when I got it at the post master I got a little excited then let down and then excited again cuz it's just one more thing I can do in the dlc :3:3:3

4 RepliesIt was 100% clear to me that the IG would be rewarded after completing the quest, also that it is a simple reskin of the standard version. But then again I bought the game for the game and not the weapon, and also, I actually take the time to read the description of what I'm buying when I spend my money... But maybe it's just me?

You technically got the Iron ghjallarhorn at launch... You just have to unlock the year three Ghjally and infuse something into it...

The quest is not even that hard. It was a good bit of fun that took max 2 hours.

15 RepliesFor those of us that don't treat the game as the second coming of Christ what they did was the very definition of deceptive. If they wanted to insure that everybody that pre-ordered the DLC knew a quest or something special was involved they would have added the word "skin" immediately after the word "Gjallarhorn". Not everyone follows them around scraping the toilet bowl after one of them takes a dump looking for information.

I'm honestly just glad that all I have to do is get the year 3 gjallahorn to make it usable. Besides the quest makes it feel like you have to earn it, at least a little bit. Amiright?

10 RepliesI have not played ROI yet because I'm at work. However DIM shows that I have 3 iron gjallarhorns and 3 iron gjallarwwings waiting for pick up at postmaster. I pre-ordered ROI so just wondering if it's just a dream or if I actually just paid to win... LOL... can't wait to get home tonight and check... Yay! PS: I'd love doing a quest to get the gjally tho if needed... Maybe I'll dismantle the gjallies and do it legit.... nope! Hahaha

I honestly thought thought that if you preordered ROI and completed the gjallarhorn quest, that you would get the Iron gjallarhorn and the normal one would be in the exotic weapons blueprints waiting to used.
