Please balance Doctrine of Passing
Something is terribly wrong when an auto rifle out-shoots scouts and hand cannons when at long ranges. This gun needs a nerf.

Actually it doesn't (I have one & yes stupidly good ) but I'm average at best in PvP & honestly learn maps & engage at the right range for your weapon then it's not to bad.

3 RepliesThe doctrine has the potential to outgun the weapon types you listed but only from it's intended range. Don't get up close and personal with a scout rifle or sniper and you'll be fine. I've outgunned many doctrine users with my sidearm and TLW in CQC as well numerous times. It's about map awareness and playing to your loadouts specific strengths.

1 Reply80% of what you listed wrecks any auto within its intended use. My suggestion, play smarter. This last IB I was killed 0 times by an auto rifle across the map when using a scout. I was killed many times in CQB using my scout by an auto. You knows who is at fault for those deaths of mine when I didn't have the right tool for the job? Me.

The lead dev that did the weapon balancing flat out said auto rifles are supposed to have the fastest DPS in the game. The issue is most people don't land all headshots.
