CRUCIBLE IS BALANCED, I CAN PROVE IT IN ONE WORD
Skill, skill is the problem everyone crys about nerfs because theyre either not good with the weapon or dont have it, Get over it, you suck, maybe crucible isnt good for you, it doesnt mean you have to ruin it for everyone else. Most of the time you get killed because you didnt react fast enough do they got the advantage so of course theyre gona kill you first, youll bitch, then youll go to the forums and cry to bungie to nerf the weapon they killed you with.
crucible takes practice= skill which is something that takes time to gain
So stop with nerf posts, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE

19 RepliesThe biggest problem is that people play the crucible without any thought as to what they are doing, how they engage enemies, and how to outsmart opponents. Constantly in Control I see players cap all three zones, forcing enemies to spawn all over the place. Constantly I see player after player rush a fortified control zone and get demolished because they couldn't be bothered to wait for their team. People rush at a MIDA user without strafing or using tactics and then freak out when they get bested. People rush at a Doctrine of Passing user, get in close range, get hosed and then freak out because they tried to shotgun rush or play without any regard to using their brain. People stick their heads out or run into sniping lanes and then complain when they get sniped. People try to play chicken with Radiance and then complain because they couldn't beat them. I can guarantee that a lot of players who complain about The Last Word aren't strafing, timing their shots, or are rushing in too close with a weapon that is meant for a longer range. How do you outsmart someone using The Last Word or the Doctrine of Passing? Out range them. What's about Radiance? Run or team shoot or snipe. How do you avoid getting sniped? Stay out of sight lines and sniper lanes. Don't challenge a hardscoper because it's always 50\50 chance you'll lose. Firebolt grenades are meant to force a disengage. If you're standing around of course you're going to get tagged. Hate the Wombo Combo? Anticipate it and act accordingly. Destiny isn't just about gun skill. The sooner you learn that the better you will become. Countless times I'll see a ping on the radar, and I'll hover over the doorway, and sure enough some rube will run straight through the door without looking at their radar and without regard to their surroundings. Easy kills.

It's not necessarily a matter of balance. It's more of what's broken/doesn't work right.

I also love shooting a guy who kills me and dies seconds later because of lag. In situations I obviously would have lived if he died at the time he should have.

I agree, but some things in this game don't require skill. I never bitch about being killed by this or that, and i admit in most cases i either overextend or get outgunned/outplayed. So yea, the community needs to have their balls and/or ovaries drop and move on with life. The sea is already salty as -blam!-, no need to add to it.
