As the topic says...I'm not the greatest at pvp yet I pretty much like it (aside from Thorn) and yesterday me and my buds played a bit of ToO and well...it went to hell quick...I felt carried and my score was the shittiest of all 3 of us...and I main a Hunter and rn my perfered builds for all subclasses
GS:Tripmine/Combustion/Incendiary Blade/Gunslinger's Trance/Gambler's Dagger\Young Ahamkara Spines/Chest of Alpha Lupi/Bones of EAO
BD:Skip Grenade/Razor's Edge/Backstab/Quickdraw/Hungering Blade\Sealed Ahamkara Grasps/Chest of Alpha Lupi/Bones of EAO
NS:Vortex Grenade/Quiver/Envenomed/Lockdown/Shadestep\Sealed Ahamkara Grasps/Chest of Alpha Lupi/Bones of EAO
And i want to know what could be better or any extoics that can improve them

Bladedancer MIDA Multi-Tool Radiant Dance Machines Max Agility Fast Twitch Gotta go fast

Edited by Dyffusion: 2/14/2016 12:02:44 PMI pretty much use the same things for bladedancer except I use fast twitch instead of back stab. It reduces the cooldown from 1 minute to about 5.5 seconds, which I really like. That way I can max out discipline and optimize my nuetral game. I'd have to say the Tarantella is the best exotic for the bladedancer. It helps get super and grenades faster, further maximizing your nuetral game. However, in trials, you may have to use Lupi if your teammates aren't. For gunslinger, ahamkara's spine is amazing, otherwise the default Lupi. I would argue that Keen Scout is one of the best pvp perks in the game. Use it with your nightstalker's class, I guarantee you'll see its utility. For its exotic, Graviton or Grasps. Both are amazing. I lean more towards the Grasps since hitting a person in smoke opens a huge window for a kill (and would mark them with Keen Scout). I also like the void wall grenade. I find it harder to avoid. I play the distance game with NS and GS, so I max out armor (and have chest that gives me armor as well) and agility. This is because it helps get to strategic locations faster than my opponents and the distance makes up for the lack of recovery. However, with bladedancer, I max out recovery and agility because I'm playing close quarters. I feel the bladedancer class favors more recovery and agility. With all these classes, I max out intellect and discipline.

Edited by A New Pest: 2/14/2016 11:15:10 AMfor gunslinger - use knife juggler, instead of incendiary blade - deadeye instead of combustion - scavenger instead of gunslingers tranch -this is my main, I rock either the spines or lupi as my exotic (lupi only in trials/elimination), i run a 5 intellect, 4 discipline, 1 strength build. blade dancer - try out the dance machines, use blink night stalker - i'd recomend the voidwall grenade. also you could try the graviton forfeit exotic, and use the keen scout perk as well. all subclasses, bones of eao are pretty much useless in pvp (minus some fun last word usage)

4 RepliesFor your GS the only thing that I would change up would be combustion. It received a pretty good nerf and you are less likely to get combustion kills. I would switch that over to dead eye as it increases the hit box for your golden gun and you are much less likely to have those shots you swear hit them, but don't kill them. I would say for your BD you're better off using a tarantella chest for your exotic. You will get your skip grenade back faster and your super back faster, unless your in a 3v3 playlist your crest can be the better choice if your teammates don't have a quick resurrection armor piece. Your NS is solid although I prefer to use black hole. When you have a group close together killing one with the shot and then throwing your smoke and grenade at the remaining is a killer combo that works wonders. Also when you have a roaming super coming after you can pre-fire it and knock them out of their super at much longer distances from where the tether lands leaving more room for error. That's really my personal preference though. Give it a shot if you like. I also like using the Graviton Forfeit to have shade step while being able to use keen scout which can be invaluable for tracking enemies in tight situations.
