3 RepliesThere is nothing clever OR disguised about it. If anyone was paying attention and ignoring the hype and misinformation (free DLC) Bungie came right out and posted EXACTLY what Eververse was for. This IS what the rest of Destiny will be (until Destiny 2). Since Bungievi$ion now knows that people will shell out REAL currency on silly items, all you are going to get are events to purchase.... MORE silly items. Seriously, why would Bungievi$ion bother with the expense of producing "new" DLC content when far too many people are content with "throwing money at their screens" for cosmetic items? The mass purchases of Silver actually killed any chance of actual gameplay content for the rest of Destiny 1.

I dont understand the whining about microtransactions....I am ok with it as long as it's not part of how you win at playing "you know" THE GAME! When they start charging for armor or weapon exclusives...then we have a problem

33 RepliesWould you be happier if the only way to sparrow race would be to pay for it? It costs money to continue to develop a game. Lots of salaries to pay for. I think it's awfully generous of bungie to allow players to experience the content for free without putting a purchase lock on it.

1 ReplySparrow Racing is Bungie running out of ideas to keep people playing. Gotta do better than that, folks. Give us brand new story missions on never before seen levels( that aren't old ones but backwards), new voice overs and introduce new characters and then we'll talk. Seems like all the folks that put this game down was right.
