An event with meaningful rewards that doesn't instantly get nerfed into the ground and suddenly become that one thing that no one does anymore. Seriously, before they made it so that the queen's wrath gear wouldn't turn into shards any more it was easy to find people to run the epic level story missions, afterword, it was like telling someone you wanted to pull all of their teeth out of thier head for no benefit, they just wouldn't want to do it.

3 Replies-Gnashers and lancers at spawn to get rid of luck based weapons and perks. -Ranked lobbies with gears 3 styled punishment for quitting early (instant loss and all deaths that occurred counted against you) with the "smart" system that could tell the difference between quitting and getting disconnected. -all sniper [b]rifles[/b] replaced by longshots that exists as map-based power weapons in matchmaking. -heavy weapons reduce movement speed as they would for something like a one-shot. -also, one-shots. -increase titan melee range. -reduce warlock melee range. -remove warlock panic shield; replace with requirement to get a kill for the shield. -customizable character armor, not force handed to use raid armor. -customizable ships -customizable sparrows (of I want my engines to face the wrong way, who are you to judge me?) -a story. An actual, meaningful, more than the usual hour-long, generic dribble that currently exists. Story. -engaging with the community, not just the special pvp podcast whatevers. -give a goal to work for, not an rng to hope for. -[b]Story[/b] again -ability to turn off aim assist/sight popping, sticky crosshairs. -remove these things from matchmaking. Just remove hand-holding from matchmaking in general. -make us want to play, not feel like we have to out fear of being left behind. A slot machine that never gives is typically avoided.
