Who thinks destiny can last 10 years?
Yes or no?
Edit: Thank you all for the opinions or comments they're all very interesting and I'm trying to reply to a good amount of them.
Also my opinion on the matter is undecided at the moment, main reason I asked this question.

I see destiny 2 surpassing destiny 1 tenfold. And then destiny 3 being on par if not some what inbetween 1 and 2 as far are awesomeness goes. And by the time 4 comes around, it will only be purchased because its name is destiny and played tenporarily by most. Because at this point, people will be so burnt out with this game. Not to mention the dozens more exclusives that will be out that are nothing more than a concept at this point.

Only if they figure out what they want from it themselves....I always feel like they don't know what they want and they just wing it and see how it goes...game is awesome...I love playing...I just get the feeling bungie can't figure their own sh_t out

Yes, they just need to make stuff either harder or just add more content. I didn't even try to and I finished pretty much all the content in a week. Now it's just finish up some quests and get my characters to 310

Maybe? Depends really. I like this game, but without some more meaty content I don't think it'll last for me personally.

After this last expansion i can see destiny going the distance but only through reinvention. They made a good number of positive changes and some negative (nightfall) i can see more sub classes and crazy raid mechanics coming (more secrets please, and add a crazy mind-blowing cypher from the collapse for real) pvp will change very little but new op weapons will emerge and new maps and playlists with awesome team mechanics (rift/mayhem are great) i can see some raid vs raid pvp coming. Perhaps a time race with pve adds and boobie traps for the other team. Could be a lot of fun.

The problem is that they give us something good, then they take it away. Some times it's because we abuse it, but most of the time, it is just them being dicks. I have been playing some the beta and am still hooked on it, but if Bungie keeps following this path, I probably might not get Destiny 2. :(

Don't see it happening and if they start selling consumables and it goes pay to win, they will lose huge numbers. Also, it's bad when in 4 weeks of release people are sick of the strike list (since there are really only 3 new we are grinding) and the raid RNG is a disaster again.
