Once i got past 290 light i noticed engram decrypts and drops were extremely unlikely to be above 290. Ive been intentionally dropping into the 280s before decrypting to try and get those high level drops again. Have you noticed that its better to decrypt at 280 vs 290 and above?

I don't know but... Each time I decrypt a sublime engram leg with 290-300 light, it gives me something inferior to 290... But when I was 280+ i got several sublime engrams giving me 295+ light armor... Which was awesome... And now I read your message.... Would be nice to have other people experience, it might be pure RNG.
