Raid has been live for less than a week and people posting on LFGs are already setting qualifiers.
Ex: "295 light, must be experienced"
Really people!?
Some of us have yet to run KF, who are we supposed to run with? Not all of us have whole days to pump into this game.

295 light is cake. And hate to tell you bro, the new raid isn't easy. It takes communication, team work and people to listen and do their jobs. One person not doing that they need to and the whole thing goes to shit. This isn't Crota. You can't solo this. Stop crying and get your level up.

Just find another group that has yet to complete the raid... Its not fair blaiming Bungie or other players for your lack of knowledge and ability... I posted on the forums that I was a first timer and found multiple groups to help me... Since i now know what I'm doing, i don't feel like carrying multiple backpacks through the raid. Practice, fail, then practice more... thats how we all learned

2 RepliesExactly, and this was bungie's excuse for needing gjallahorn. "Oh we didn't anticipate it being a qualifier for raids." Newsflash, elitists will always find something as a qualifier.
-
9 Replies1. Stop complaining 2. Do strikes. I hit 300 light before ever doing the raid 3. Do the raid with others like you who haven't done it. 4. Watch videos if you don't want the trill of going in blind 5. Stop -blam!-ing complaining 6. You should be 295+ by now if you play just 30 minutes a day doing strikes 7. If you wanna make your own requirements. Post on LFG. Others like you who for some reason haven't done the raid yet may join you 8. Stop. -blam!-ing. Complaining. -blam!-

Yeah youll find a group it may take awhile but youll get in no problem. With that said i just did it the first time this weekend and yeah theres a lot to figure out. I can understand the posts asking for experience cause damn some of that shit is complicated, i applaud those who figured it out blindly. I was lucky we had one guy who did some of it and would fill in the gaps for us but damn that raid has a lota moving parts.

If your xbone ill take you through and explain each boss fully just hit me up with a message
-
I require 290+ but I don't run with kids. They don't mind there parents. Why on earth would they mind me and listen to what I'm trying to tell them.
-
I created 2 LFG posts this weekend reading: "Preferably 290+ and experience". If i get multiple replies to it, i'll be more likely to choose the one that already knows the fights. We took in 1 first timer on Oryx fight though, went pretty smoothly. I think most people use these kind of requirements as protection though. Last week we also ended up with some 12 year old, that couldn't remember simple tasks and talked through everything. I think someone like that would be less likely to have finished it, so asking for experience is put there as a safeguard.
-
My team, and I'm sure plenty of others are gearing up for exactly this...just like we did for Crota. Once we're up to snuff, we will assist anyone with raids...gjallerhorn or not.

There's a raid recruitment group for people who have never even run it. So just post your group in there
-
I mean, you really don't need a whole day. But I do agree the standards people are posting up are somewhat ridiculous. Hopefully you'll get in with a chill group that'll be patient and teach you the mechanics. I can't stand when people lose their sh#t over these kind of things.
-
There are a lot of people with similar requirements as you. Earlier this week I posted "want to start KF blind" and got 8 friend requests in the first 10 minutes. Just keep looking. You can't be surprised that by now there are people who are comfortable with the raid and don't want to sherpa.
-
Post on LFG "Looking for a group of skilled people for King's Fall fresh looking to have fun and figure out the raid and all its secrets!" Not hard crybaby
-
You can get to 295 running strikes and it makes the run faster nobody wants to run a raid and have you slow them down
-
7 Repliesyou've had like 3 weeks lol and getting to 295 plus isn't hard..
-
7 RepliesThere's plenty of people in every single LFG thread for the raid doing blind runs. Some of us don't have time for that therefore requirements are set to ensure a speedy raid.
-
I'll take you through it anytime buddy...no probs.
-
Run it with other scrubs
-
Mad cuz not 300 light
-
Yes I agree this is logic
-
4 RepliesNot all of us want to RUIN the experience either by watching vids of the raid, I mean that does kind of go against the whole principal of doing new things for the FUN of it. Demanding "experienced" players is just stupid. I'll just not play the raid and avoid the aggravation.
