This has happened to quite a few people. Bungie has posted a thread saying they are actively looking into it and will update when a solution has been found.

I actually don't know who you're talking about, I was just worried because I grabbed it as my Titan and got everything except the hunter class item. I was terrified I could never get it again, since I never unlocked it so I can't get another one from the exotic armor blueprints
